Agreement to Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of these terms.

Payment and Billing

All fees are in US dollars and include applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees owed. If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is received.

For recurring subscriptions, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. Price changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JELLYFISH COVE LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Service (reviews, comments, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

Prohibited Uses

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Key West, Florida, or via video conference at the arbitrator's discretion.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. The state and federal courts of Monroe County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination
