Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel your monthly subscription within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund the full amount. For subsequent monthly payments, refunds are available within 30 days of each billing date.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers can receive a full refund within 30 days of their initial payment. After 30 days, we will provide a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.

Physical Product Refunds
Kitchen Tools and Equipment
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

- All accessories and documentation are included

- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely in original packaging

Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from their refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions to Our Refund Policy
We cannot offer refunds for:

- Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear
- Products returned without original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
