Build something worth cooking for
We are a small team doing meaningful work. If you share our approach to food and writing, we would love to hear from you.
Working at Jellyfish Crudo Charbon
We hire slowly, pay fairly, and believe that good work requires time and focus.
Our approach
We are not a startup trying to grow at all costs. We are not a media company optimizing for clicks. We are four people who care deeply about cooking, writing, and building something that matters.
We work from our Key West kitchen and believe that the best food writing comes from actually cooking. Every recipe gets made. Every tool gets tested. Every piece of content gets read by at least two people before it goes live.
We value craft over speed, clarity over cleverness, and sustainable growth over explosive scaling. If that sounds like a place you want to work, keep reading.
